Challenges and Levels

What is a challenge?

A challenge is a question or activity which requires answering or attempting. When a child logs in to their personal page they can select a challenge and then either answer the question or upload an image or document in a really simple way to show their teachers they have attempted it.

What are the challenge categories?

There are various challenge categories. Some are more physical than others, whilst others challenge non-physical attributes related to a healthy lifestyle.

The categories are:

  • Fabulous Fitness
  • Sonic Speed
  • Tremendous Teamwork
  • Slick Skills
  • Jolly Journalism
  • Friendly Food
  • Super Science
  • Moving Maths
  • Awesome Adventures
  • Magnificent Mindfulness

How do you pass a Phizifit Level?

To pass a Phizifit level, children need to show they have attempted each challenge within that level. You do not have to get all the answers correct to pass a level. Teachers are able to easily view their students answers and provide feedback. Phizifit marks and records all the challenges which further reduces the workload for teachers.

How are Phizifit certificates awarded?

Certificates are awarded when a level has been completed. They are easily downloadable to print off.

How do I know what the exercises are?

All the challenges are illustrated and explained. For technical exercises, demonstration videos show how they should be performed. These are via links to a video page.
